A first-flush Japanese matcha from Shizuoka, made from a blend of cultivars including Saemidori, Yabukita, Okumidori, Saeakari and Seimei.

ASA has a clean, refreshing character with balanced umami. Its smooth, naturally sweet character makes it well suited to drinking straight as Usucha, while its flavour remains expressive in milk-based beverages.
